## Two ways in
- Door A, "I have a team": an existing team that ships slowly and adopted AI
  without moving a number. I move it into AI-native workflows with guardrails and
  make the numbers move.
- Door B, "I don't have a team yet": a founder with an idea and budget but no
  product or technical leadership. I build the first version myself and make the
  technology calls a technical co-founder would.

## Services
- AI-Native Engineering (flagship): a structured, roughly one-quarter program
  moving a development team to AI-agent workflows with security guardrails and
  measurable output. Already executed with a production team of six.
- Engineering acceleration: embedded fractional CTO; delivery cadence, CI/CD,
  QA, code review culture, mentoring team leads.
- MVP & POC builds: architecture and code written personally, AI-agent-augmented;
  for pre-seed and seed founders before the first tech hire.
- Product & technology strategy: advisory retainer; roadmap, architecture,
  build-versus-buy, vendor management, hiring plans, investor/board preparation.

## Not for
Not an MNC-scale CTO, not a CIO, not for running engineering orgs above roughly
50 engineers, not for slide-only advisory with nobody on the keyboard.

## Engagement model
Free 30-minute intro call, then a fixed-fee 1-2 week diagnostic producing a
written plan, then a monthly rolling engagement (one month's notice). Maximum
three concurrent clients. For reference, a full-time CTO in Hong Kong runs
HK$1.2M to HK$3M a year in gross starting salary alone across the 25th–75th
percentiles (Robert Half, 2026 Hong Kong Salary Guide; excludes bonuses,
benefits, and MPF); a fractional engagement is a fraction of that.

## Track record
18 years in software. Société Générale Paris (FX options trading systems),
first tech hire at Zwoop HK, VP of Engineering at Zegal (team of 18, production
issues halved), co-founder CTO at Yicom (HK$2M government funding). Since 2024:
28one (12 databases merged to one multi-tenant platform; six engineers moved to
AI-native workflows) and FanForce (hands-on CPTO, 0 to 20,000 users).
